GandharvaGold House operates as a digital gold savings and purchase facilitation platform. It does not provide financial investment advice or guarantee returns.

2. Membership

Users must provide accurate details. Nominee is mandatory for account activation.

3. Gold Purchase

Members can start buying gold from ₹49 onwards.

Available plans:

Daily SIP

Weekly SIP

Monthly SIP

Members can pause or stop anytime.

4. Account Freeze Policy

Accounts inactive for 45 days will be frozen. Reactivation will be done only by the company after verification.

5. Lock-in Period

No withdrawal or redemption allowed before 12 months from first investment.

6. Investment Limit Rule

First 6 months → normal investment

Next 6 months → only 10% more than first 6 months total

7. Referral Program

25% of first payment

Maximum ₹500

8. Jewellery Redemption Rule

Gold can be redeemed only as jewellery.

Charges Rule: 0% wastage & making charges apply only on saved gold

Extra gold --> normal charges applicable

9. GST Clause

As per government rules:

5% GST is applicable on jewellery redemption

Gold prices are subject to market fluctuations.

11. Account Security

Users are responsible for their login credentials.

12. Fraud Policy

Fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated.
